Hired by the corporation to serve coaching to individuals or a group of employees and conducted in-person on-site

Health Coaching
The American Medical Association has stated that a 10% loss of weight will reduce the chances of contracting weight related diseases by 50%.  When I provide health coaching, the intention is to hold clients accountable to their goal of getting into the normal weight range.  This is the principal difference between what we do and conventional dieting, which has demonstrated an 85% likelihood of a dieter regaining the lost weight within two years.
